Import ChatGPT conversations

Extract weaknesses from your messages, your requests for help, and the corrections the AI already gave you, then write them into your learning profile.

How to import your ChatGPT history
A one-time export from ChatGPT, then upload it here.
  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings -> Data controls -> Export data and confirm.
  2. ChatGPT emails you a download link. It can take a few minutes.
  3. Download the .zip. It contains conversations.json.
  4. Click Upload export below and choose that ZIP or the JSON file.
  5. We auto-rank your English-practice chats. Choose how many to analyze, then Analyze.
  6. Large imports run in batches so each AI request stays small.
  7. No export handy? Paste a chat as User: / Assistant: lines instead.
